On the hot side, in 1996 the high was 94 with a low of 73. In 2005 the high was 91 with a low of 72. In 2002 the high was 93 with a low of 69. In 1990 the high was 91 with a low of 69. In 2001, the high was the only upper 80s high of 88 with a low of 68. The record high of 99 was set in 1953 and the record warmest low of 80 was set in 1931. 23 of the 29 highs so far have been in the 70s (9) and 80s (14).

On the cool side, in 1982 the high was 70 with a low of 47. In 1986 the high was 64 with a low of 59. In 1984 the high was 72 with a low of 52. In 1988 the high was 72 with a low of 52. During the record heat of 1988, at 3:00 P.M. it was 103 degrees but by 6:00 P.M. it had cooled off to 77 degrees because a rain shower had crossed the area.

On the cool side, in 1992 the high was the record coolest of 57 degrees with the co-record low of 43. The other low of 43 occurred in 1980. There have been no 60s highs over the last 29 years. Other cool lows were 44 in 1985 and 45 in 2003. 14 lows have been in the 60s (most prevalent category).

Other cool lows were 43 in both 1983 and 1998. 27 of the 29 lows so far have been in the 40s (9), 50s (9) and 60s (9). The only exceptions were in 1984 and 2004 (see 'On the hot side').
